We recommend that you review online checks at least monthly and print (make a copy of) those checks you feel are critical (e.g. tax payments, charitable donations).  Canceled checks are held in safekeeping by UmbrellaBank and are not returned to you. If you need a copy of a check that is more than 60 days old, you can e-mail us at custservice@umbrellabank.com.
