Your privacy is important at New South Federal Savings Bank (hereinafter "we", "us", and "our"). -Sharing with affiliates: We are permitted by law to share with our affiliates information related solely to our experiences or transactions with you, such as your account balance and payment history. -Sharing with non-affiliated third parties: Non-affiliated third parties are entities that are not within the Collateral Family of Companies. We share your information with non-affiliated third parties as described in this section or as permitted or required by law. The types of sharing we may engage in include the following:
