Affirming ("Claiming") Your Account(s)

Within 18 months from the purchase date of New South Federal Savings Bank and UmbrellaBank.com by Beal Bank (December 18, 2009), you must affirm ("claim") your accounts with Beal Bank.

To affirm (“claim”) the deposits in your account(s), simply follow one of the two listed steps:

1. Complete a transaction on your account(s). (Please note that one transaction on one account will affirm (“claim”) all deposits on all of your accounts.)
2. Complete the following “Deposit Affirmation Form” and bring it to your local Beal Bank branch or return it by mail to the address listed in the form.  Complete instructions are available in the forms below:

NOTE: “Claim” does not mean close. It means you are affirming (officially notifying us of) your ownership of the account(s).
